Junior Cricket

Under the guidance of Don Butterfield our Junior Section is growing and the Club will be running teams at Under 11 and Under 13 age groups. Five people are currently taking their Level 1 Coaching Awards and, if successful, will be available to help with the important coaching role at Junior Level.
The long term goal of the Club is to get the junior section, thriving with potentially 5 or 6 age groups operating teams. As such we are always looking for new players and help during the season for practice and matches.

 

Baildon Cricket Club has adopted the ECB Child Welfare Policy.

Practice
  • Junior training for Under 9s, 11s and 13s starts on Friday 16th April from 6 till 7:30 pm.
  • Ages 7 - 13 are welcome, players old and new.
  • There will be 5 new qualified coaches on hand to ensure the juniors are learning the skills as well as enjoying their cricket and having fun.
  • New Junior shirts available.
  • You can register for the season - a subscription of £20 for the season (April - July) covers all match days, training sessions and club membership.
